We offer you a 14-day right of return from receipt of the parcel if an item does not meet your expectations. Please note that purchased items can only be returned in the undamaged original packaging and in new condition. The original packaging must remain undamaged until the parcel is unpacked.
Excluded from the right of return are individual product categories such as food & beverages, customised products, hygiene articles, underwear with opened original packaging and articles that are linked to the conclusion of a contract.

Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation or invoice with the parcel and keep the consignment number from the post office in case you have any queries.
After receipt and verification, we will refund the purchase amount directly to the payment method you used. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs for the return of items. Thank you for your understanding.
