Our warranty covers all products in our range, with the exception of food and consumer goods. For these products, we offer a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Procedure in the event of a defect:
If one of your products develops a defect during the warranty period, please proceed as follows:
- Contact our customer service to report the problem.
- Provide details of the product purchased and a description of the defect.
- Our customer service team will contact you immediately to co-ordinate the exchange or replacement.
